A new update (4.1.B.0.587) is now available for Sony Xperia
arc (LT15i), Xperia arc S, Xperia ray and Live with Walkman are among the first 2011
Xperia smartphones that received ICS 4.0.4 on their handsets.
Even though there are no visual changes in the OS. There are
just bug fixes and LED notification improvement.
There is no great improvement in performance of the phone, rather at times it's speed of processing has reduced. This might be because ICS requires more power of processor.
The procedure is simple: Plug-in the data cable and rest Sony companion will take care. Mobile data / Apps remain intact after updating the phone.
